SOCCER
The soccer program
is for children who are in grades K through 8.
Children in
kindergarten play in an informal clinic. Times and dates will be
announced.
Children in grades 1
& 2 play in an in a co-ed in-town league. There is one night of
practice during the week and a Saturday game. Games begin at
9:00 AM and are played on an hourly schedule at the Forrestdale
School and Riverside Park soccer fields. All children are
provided shin guards, soccer socks, shorts and a tee shirt.
Children who are in
grades 3 through 8 play in the Northern Monmouth Soccer League.
There are three divisions for boys (3 & 4, 5 & 6, and 7
& 8) and three divisions for girls (3 & 4, 5 & 6, and
7 & 8). All of these teams play teams from the surrounding
communities. All games are played on Saturdays during September
through the first Saturday in November. Shin guards are
mandatory.
