The site will be developed by the Borough and Bergen County United Way (BCUW) to be 13 individual units that will be marketed as 100 percent affordable. The project will be affirmatively marketed and will be made up of three very low, five low and five moderate income individual units. The project will include two three-bedroom, nine two-bedroom and two one-bedroom units. Construction is expected to begin late 2024 or early 2025. The Borough and BCUW are in the process of applying for grant funding to assist and offset development and construction costs.
