The Zoning & Code Enforcement Department is responsible for reviewing Zoning Permit Applications and ensuring that applicants follow the Borough Ordinances when making improvements to their property.

Local Zoning is a requires prior approval to construction.

The Planning Board is charged under the Land Development Ordinance with the responsibility to review all site plans, parking projects and major building projects for proper design and drainage according to standards.
