4 bedroom supportive and special needs affordable project

15 B Maplewood will be a four bedroom supportive and special needs project within one dwelling unit.  The project will consist of four special needs bedrooms marketed to 4 very low income adults with special needs. 


BCUW has secured HMFA funding for the construction of the project. 


Construction is now complete, and residents will look to move in fall 2026.
