15 be Maplewood will be a four bedroom supportive and special needs project within one dwelling unit.  The project will consist of four special needs bedrooms marketed to 4 very low income adults with special needs.  BCUW has secured HMFA funding for the construction of the project.  Construction is expected to begin in early 2024.
