Two unit 100 percent affordable residential development.
The site will be developed by the borough and Bergen County United Way (BCUW) to be a two-family/two unit project. The home will consist of two three-bedroom apartments. The project will be marketed as 100 perecent affordable.The existing building will be demolished and replaced with new construction. The project will be affirmatively marketed and will be made up of one low income unit and one moderate income unit. Construction is expected to begin in 2024. The Borough and BCUW have received a grant from the State of New Jersey Affordable Housing Trust Fund to cover the cost of development and construction of the project.
