The site will be developed by The Borough and Bergen County United Way (BCUW) to be 12 individual one-bedroom units. The existing building will be renovated and small additions will be added to the rear. The project will be affirmatively marketed and will consist of two very low, five low, and five moderately priced individual rental units. Construction is expected to begin in 2024. The Borough and BCUW are in the process of applying for grant funding to assist in the development of the project.
