Rumson Borough Council Appoints Robert Boyer As Rumson Chief of Police


RUMSON, NJ - During the March 12, 2024 Rumson Borough Council meeting, Mayor Hemphill and members of Rumson Borough Council passed a resolution appointing Robert Boyer as Rumson Chief of Police.

 

During the meeting, following a motion to change the order of business, Chief Boyer took the Oath of Office surrounded by family, friends, follow officers, and a number of esteemed leaders of local public service entities throughout Monmouth County.

 

Please join us in congratulating Chief Boyer and thanking all the members of the Rumson Police Department, as well as the emergency service members throughout the Rumson and Two-River community.
